These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website mediterraneocup.com, operated by Time Forte Marketing Esportivo. By accessing or using the site, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

The website mediterraneocup.com is purely institutional and informational. It introduces the Mediterráneo Cup — international youth football tournament — and lets clubs and academies interested in participating express their interest through a contact form. The site is not a registration, payment or contracting platform.

2. Who may use the site

You may use the site if you are: (a) at least 18 years old; (b) a legal representative, director, technical staff member or formal collaborator of a club or academy interested in participating in the tournament; (c) or a visitor who simply wishes to learn about the event. We do not direct communications to, nor collect data from, minors.

3. Expected conduct

When using the site you undertake to: (a) provide truthful, current and complete information in the contact form; (b) not attempt to access restricted areas, databases, source code or infrastructure; (c) not submit malicious content, scripts, automation, spam, injection attacks or any attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service; (d) not impersonate others or submit another person's data without their consent; (e) comply with applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, photography, videos, visual identity, the 'Mediterráneo Cup' brand, logos, icons, layout, source code and any other element — is the exclusive property of Time Forte Marketing Esportivo or its licensors, and is protected by Brazilian, Spanish and international copyright and industrial-property law. You are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, commercialize or otherwise use the content without prior, express, written permission from the rights holder.

5. Contact form

By submitting the registration form you: (a) confirm you have legal authority to represent the indicated club or academy; (b) expressly authorize Time Forte to contact you through the provided channels (e-mail and WhatsApp) for matters relating to the Mediterráneo Cup; (c) acknowledge that submission does not grant automatic enrollment in the tournament — actual participation depends on a separate formal process with its own documentation and conditions, communicated later by the organization.

6. Registrations, fees and tournament regulations

Official registration terms, fees, sports regulations, categories, calendar, venues and other aspects of the Mediterráneo Cup are governed by specific documents made available by the organization to interested clubs after the initial contact. These Terms of Use apply only to the institutional website and do not replace or supplement the tournament's sporting regulations.

7. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, up-to-date and secure. However the site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not warrant that: (a) the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the content is exhaustive, definitive or applicable to any particular case; (c) the site is compatible with every browser, device or technology.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time Forte Marketing Esportivo shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, opportunity costs or any harm arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the information on this site. This limitation does not exclude liabilities that, by law, may not be limited.

The site may contain links to services, social networks or platforms operated by third parties (for example, Instagram, WhatsApp). Such services have their own terms and policies, over which we have no control. Time Forte is not responsible for the content, practices or availability of external sites.
